Designed for dancers ready to push beyond the standard class schedule.
The IMPACT COMPANY is a selective training and performance program that requires discipline, artistry, and dedication. Dancers train on an elevated schedule, COMMIT TO MANDATORY attendance, and represent the studio in performances, competitions, and community initiatives throughout the season.
ACCEPTANCE into COMPAnY is by audition only and requires enrollment in both ballet technique and jazz theater for at least one year prior to audition.
Auditions for company will be held in Spring 2027.
As part of the program, company dancers will
Participate in additional choreography rehearsals
participate in performances, conventions, and select competitions throughout the season.
Represent Impact School of dance performance with excellence both in and outside the studio
Commit to the highest level of dedication, teamwork, and artistic growth

Community Impact
As part of The COMPANY PROGRAM, dancers will participate in community-based volunteer experiences throughout the season.
We believe that impact extends beyond the studio. These opportunities are designed to foster leadership, build community, and encourage dancers to give back.
Participation includes two volunteer experiences per season.
one in the fall and one in the spring.
