Performance Conditioning supports the physical development of dancers through targeted strength, flexibility, and injury prevention training.
These workshop-style sessions complement weekly technique classes and focus on building the control, stability, and body awareness necessary for strong, confident movement.

Schedule
Registration is required at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper class planning.
