Performance Conditioning supports the physical development of dancers through targeted strength, flexibility, and injury prevention training.

These workshop-style sessions complement weekly technique classes and focus on building the control, stability, and body awareness necessary for strong, confident movement.

Training Methods

Classes incorporate targeted training modalities including

  • Flexistretchers

  • Pilates balls

  • resistance tools

  • yoga blocks, and additional equipment

Schedule

  • Registration is required at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper class planning.

  • Performance Conditioning is offered as optional workshops on select Days.
